Travel Advisors of the Mid-South

For Travelers and Travel Professionals in the Middle South USA

About Travel Advisors of the Mid-South (TAMS)Founded in 1996 as Travel Agents of Tennessee (TAT), Travel Advisors of the Mid-South (TAMS) is a dedicated travel trade association committed to supporting and advancing the professional and economic interests of our members. We provide a platform for collaboration, education, and industry growth, ensuring that travel professionals have the resources they need to thrive.
Our mission is to foster strong relationships among travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Through networking, shared knowledge, and continuous learning, we strive to empower our members to excel in an ever-evolving travel landscape.
Who We AreTAMS is made up of two membership categories:
  • Individual Members – Travel professionals actively engaged in marketing and selling travel to the public.
  • Allied Members – Individuals, companies, or organizations that supply travel-related products and services.
Looking AheadAs access to timely information is vital in the travel industry, TAMS is excited to introduce new programs throughout the year designed to provide valuable insights in education, public affairs, community service, and public relations.
To further support our members, we are in the process of building a brand-new website that will offer enhanced features, resources, and a more seamless user experience. In the meantime, this temporary website serves as a central hub for connecting with allied vendors, accessing industry updates, and staying informed about upcoming opportunities.
At TAMS, we are more than just an association—we are a community of passionate travel professionals working together to elevate our industry. We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to unveiling our new and improved website soon!
